Several cases of returns can appear:

1. Return for exchange:
If you wish to exchange your jewel for an other one : return the jewel under 15 days and we shall proceed to the exchange.

2. Return and refund :
In case of dissatisfaction, you can return the jewel under 15 days.

3. Return for adjustment of the size of a ring:
Your ring does not have exactly the good size? Return it under 15 days, the wished adjustment will be made free of any charge.
